Who sends them

Plumbfolio text messages are sent by OPTIFY Marketing Kft., which runs Plumbfolio. You only get them if you tick the consent box on our booking form.

  Booking messages: call times, reminders and follow-ups about your leak check or project. Marketing messages: website tips and offers.
• How you join
  By ticking the consent box on our booking form. Ticking it is optional and not a condition of any purchase.
• How often
  Message frequency varies. Booking messages depend on your request. Marketing messages: up to 4 a month.
• Cost
  Message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for our messages, but your mobile plan might.
• How to stop
  Reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve opted out and no more after that. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work, or email [email protected]. To join again, reply START.
• Help
  Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
• Carriers
  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Who can join
  You must be 18 or over and the account holder of the phone number, or have the account holder’s permission.
• Privacy
  How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The rest is in our Privacy Policy.
